The principal activity of the trust during the year was to work with organisations in Australia to make a positive and sustainable difference in people s lives, by supporting programs and activities that address the underlying causes of inequity; and/or empower people to improve their wellbeing; and/or promote community values and cultural dialogue, foster community cohesion and build community spirit; and/or support the most vulnerable and marginalised groups in our society; and/or generally improve the community s quality of life
