2 Connect Youth & Community

We provided a range of holistic services supporting young people aged 1025 and their families, including supporting young people to reengage with their family or education. We assisted young people to also resolve mental health & drug & alcohol concerns, homelessness, domestic & family violence, unemployment and social disconnection. We also supported individuals of any age who were at risk of homelessness or who were homeless. A range of support services were provided including counselling and case management, psychoeducational group work, inschool programs and community development projects to address local specific diversity needs and issues. These local needs included antiracism, supporting the needs of LGBTIQ+ young people and young people with disabilities.
