Waiū te Puna Ora te Tairāwhiti Trust exists to promote, protect, and normalise breastfeeding and human milk feeding across Tairāwhiti, ensuring every pēpi and whānau has equitable access to culturally grounded, evidence-based lactation support and safe human milk as needed. We strive to nurture community wellbeing through connection, education, and the sharing of waiū — the life-giving source that sustains our tamariki and strengthens our people.
