The Nelson Regional Breast and Gynaecological Cancer Trust

The purposes and aims of the trust are to use or employ both capital and income of the Trust Fund for the furtherance of any charitable purposes in New Zealand which are from time to time selected by the Trustees in accordance with the provisions of the Trust deed. Without limiting this in any way such purposes may also include the ability as follows: - The provision of direct or indirect assistance to those in need as a result of the affects of breast cancer on themselves or their family members, regardless of age, gender, personal beliefs, or ethnic origins which may include assistance with the provision of accommodation, provision of transport, provision of financial assistance for health care, the provision of family counselling services (through suitable agencies). - The purchase of equipment, or other property to be made available for use in association with the provision of breast cancer services, or for the assistance to those in need as a result of the affects of breast cancer
