3. Purposes 3.1. The Mission is established and maintained exclusively for any charitable purposes within New Zealand that is within the Mission's field of work (including purposes ancillary to charitable purposes). 3.3. Its purposes include benefitting people and the community and advancing religion by: (C) providing quality care to people and organisations in the workplace to enhance human dignity and wellbeing; (D) promoting the establishment and maintenance of a healthy work environment for all involved in work and families; (E) assist the Founding Churches to better understand the issues of the workplace; and (F) Operating in consultation with the Founding Churches and all others in the workplace to help create a healthy environment for all people in New Zealand. (G) Such other charitable objects, consistent with the above purposes, which the Board may determine from time to time... (H) Any income, benefit or advantage must be used to advance the Mission's charitable purposes.
