Our vision is: “Kia mahuta ake ko te reo Māori i ngā wā katoa” “That te reo Māori is valued and spoken in our communities”

We will: • Inspire our communities to speak te reo every day; • Encourage our communities to feel a sense of pride in their reo and tikanga; • Broadcast in a way which is colourful, informing and engaging for listeners • “Paint pictures with words” through the medium of radio; • Tell Māori stories in Māori and English that inform listeners of the depths and realms of our kaupapa, issues and reo.

Our mission is: “To represent best interests of Ngā Reo Irirangi Māori” We will: • Nurture excellent broadcasters and excellence in broadcasting; • Position our members as the foremost Māori broadcasters on radio; • Be self-funding, independent, and fully capitalised; • Be easily recognisable within the industry as the Māori radio network; and • Ensure our kaupapa is driven by our members.
