A strategic plan has been ratified including rebuilding the infrastructure to establish clear practices and processes around financials, infrastructure, operational processes and guidelines. The Taiwhenua's Mission is to grow, sustain and build prosperous, healthy and vibrant Marae, Hapū and the Peope of Ahuriri. A key to this is working in partnership with hapu and marae as well as central and local government to achieve key outcomes for our people around health, housing, education, employment and research
