As that expression is defined from time to time by the law of New Zealand. Without limiting the definition of such purpose, the objects and purposes shall include in particular the establishment on Te Puka-Hereka (Coal Island in Preservation Inlet in the South West Heritage area) of a world class sanctuary for rare and endangered native birds and wildlife including providing for human visitation for educational scientific and enjoyment reasons, controlled to ensure minimal impact, and in perpetuity any other work generally related to preservation of endangered native birds and wildlife in South West New Zealand and any other purpose beneficial to the community and reasonably related to the above which the Trustees consider appropriate.
