New Zealand Horse Ambulance Trust

The express purpose of the Trust is to promote humane feelings and morality generally by providing emergency equipment to alleviate distress to injured or sick horses across New Zealand.

The relief of pain and suffering shall be undertaken by funding, procuring, maintaining, and operating a fleet of equine ambulances equipped with emergency recovery and support equipment to assist veterinary services.

The Trust aims to advocate for the advancement of equine emergency incident management throughout New Zealand, through education and the implementation of practices that improve equine welfare.
