The Foundation is a registered Canadian charitable foundation and is the legal body responsible for administering assets donated to be held in trust and other capital funds designated by the Board of Directors. Funds are provided to World Wildlife Fund Canada which collects manages and disburses funds through suitable bodies or individuals for the conservation of fauna flora forests landscapes water soils and other natural resources in Canada and elsewhere by research and investigation education at all levels information and publicity coordination of efforts cooperation with interested parties and all other appropriate means.
