Women'S Art Museum Society of Canada

Ongoing programs at the Women's Art Museum Society of Canada are based on collecting preserving interpreting and exhibiting the museum collection. The Diversité Feminine Diversity (DFD) project continued to increase the representation of Black Indigenous and People of Colour (BIPOC) women artists living in Alberta Yukon Saskatchewan Northwest Territories and Nunavut in the museum through published articles and didactic material. The museum moved to a larger space to develop larger exhibitions and give the public better access to the works in the its growing collection.
