1) on-scene crisis intervention: victim response teams (volunteer and/or staff) are on call 24/7 to york regional police and the opp to attend a crime scene police station home or hospital to assist victims of crime or tragic circumstance; 2) telephone crisis support: available 24/7 to persons victimized by crime or tragic circumstance who do not require on-scene support; 3) volunteer program: screening and training of tiered volunteer corps (victim response team leaders secondary support admin) to assist in service delivery; 4) victim quick response program: provides persons victimized by domestic violence sexual assault or homicide with short-term financial reimbursement for securing safety counselling services scene cleanup and funeral services. 5) bereavement support groups for clients who experienced grief as a result of homicide or suicide 6) project angel a program for persons at high risk of experiencing violence who receive a gps tracking device and on-going safety planning
