1) Provide peer support/navigation through the healthcare system for people with HIV and/or HepC 2) Maintain community resource library of HIV and/or HepC materials 3) Provide free/low cost complementary therapy for members (massage acupuncture counselling) as avaiable 4) Provide volunteer opportunities for people with HIV and/or HepC 5) Positive living and education opportunities - e.g. aging and HIV; HIV disclosure; grief and loss Walking Each Other Home - advanced care planning for 2SLGBTQ+/HIV+ people
