Provide relief for the sick and afflicted through the application of traditional chinese medicine; 3. To advance education and increase the public's understanding of health by conducting and disseminating medical research on topics relating to traditional chinese medicine and to provide workshops and seminars to the public to increase knowledge of traditional chinese medicine.
