Trust Under the Will of Elizabeth M Coutanche

Elizabeth McKay Coutanche died March 1 1991 and under the terms of her last will and Testament dated January 25 1991 she provided for the following: To hold the trust residue of my estate and to divide the same into three portions of equal value and to pay first portion to the Trustees of St. Thomas Church in the same manner as the Norman McKay fund and to pay the income annually from the second portion to the Trustees of Trinity United Church to be used for general purposes of the church and to pay the income annually to the McKay Memorial Library Shelbourne for maintenance of the library.
