The organization's sole purpose and activity is the maintenance of a rural cemetery and associated vault. The aim of the organization is to maintain the cemetery in a respectable condition and to provide a public service with the organization's purpose the cemetery is an active operation with lots being sold at a reasonable prices. As a limited number of new lots are sold each year this source of funding is inadequate to fund the annual maintenance cost of the cemetery. Consequently the cemetery is largely dependent on donations from the public for operating funds.
