Counselling - offering one-to-one and group programs to help those facing emotional and psychological challenges. Providing arts-based therapies somatic and body-based therapies eco/nature therapy and traditional talk therapy. Creative arts - increasing peoples ability to engage in creative arts due to the positive impact it has on mental health. Programs include classes open art space and workshops in visual arts music dance and movement writing and theatre arts. Education - offering community instructional seminars and workshops on psycho-education and the arts as well as providing training in creative arts therapy to health care providers and offering practicum experiences to creative art therapy students.
