Employment services (es) delivers five components which are client service planning and coodination resource and information job search job matching placement and incentives and job/training retention. (settlement program) needs assessments and referrals information and orientation languages/skills training community connections and support services which will feature the newcomer art project aimed at troubled female newcomer youth. Canada ontario job grant program (cojg) objective is to support workforce development and encourage greater involvment in training through cost sharing arrangements to train individuals. Investing in women's futures (iwf) provides occupational/training combined with basic and intermediate computer training counselling job search and pre and post employment support services.
