The National Network for Mental Health

Core-advocate educate and provide expertise and resources for the increased health and well being of the canadian mental health consumer/suvivor community and society at large. Collaborate on an ongoing basis with other national provincial and regional cross-disability mental health and consumer-driven organizations in an effort to better serve our community. Nnmh has begun work on our approved project 'from the ground up: action for equitable inclusive access to mental health-addiction & health care'. This proposal was approved on march 23 2023 with total funding for $600 000 allocated across the 3-year term of the project. During this period nnmh will work to increase capacity by improving social inclusion and the participation of persons with disabilities in canada and engage in strategic planning exercises with partners who have previous working relationships with our organization. The overall objective of the project is to increase the operating capacity of nnmh in the areas of governance and accountability leadership and operations and developing and maintaining partnerships.
