Peer Support Groups: The charity continues providing free mental health peer support groups facilitated by trained volunteers. Volunteers actively engage in roles such as group facilitation social media coordination grant writing and website management and development. Peer Training Workshops: Specialized workshops and training for peer supporters were offered emphasizing trauma-informed practices and relational wellbeing. Mental Health First Aid Training: Continued offering Mental Health First Aid courses on a sliding scale basis. Volunteers contributed significant hours across these programs sustaining and enriching the charity’s community-focused mental health initiatives. Expanded Collaboration: Enhanced partnership to provide comprehensive peer support to individuals experiencing early psychosis incorporating both group-based and one-to-one peer support.
