The Duke of Edinburgh'S International Award Foundation (canada)

The purpose of the foundation is to establish and administer a program of awards to young people aged 14 to 25 who have completed a program of activities in the areas of physical and educational training self-discipline and community service; to provide education adn information to the public about the values best practices and teachings of the duke of edinburgh's award; and to advance the education of youth and promote community services worldwide by supporting the expansion and development of and participation and co-operation among organizations anywhere in the world recognized as award operators by the duke of edinburgh's international award association.
