The Associated Alumni of the University of New Brunswick

The associated alumni of the university of new brunswick ('the alumni') was formed with the mandate to serve individual alumni and to assist in the operation of the alumni association s by providing administrative support advice and other forms of help to alumni and alumni councils and to encourage alumni participation in the university of new brunswick('unb') by stimulating and developing the programs and activities of the alumni associations. The organization is a registered charity and is incorporated under the laws of the province of new brunswick and as such is exempt from income tax by virtue of paragraph 149(1) of the income tax act. The unb associated alumni carried on its traditional programs in support of the university of new brunswick and in service of its membership.
