278 cormorant royal canadian air cadets program has aims of promoting leadership citizenship and physical fitness while stimulating an interest in the air activities of the canadian forces. Cadets participate in a variety of fun and challenging activities. They are able to participate in a variety of other programs that are not run on our regular training night tuesdays & wednesdays. We offer marksmanship drill first aid effective speaking several sports teams that complete with other squadrons field training excercises social events such as christmas party & mess dinner community volunteering including participating in several local parades and poppy sales for the legion. Various scholarship and regular summer camps are sponsored by the department of national defence and the air cadet league of canada all of these activities are instilling in our youth leadership citizenship and physical fitness.
