We operate a complete 'employee and family assistance program'. This includes: initial assessment of client(s). Provide counselling services for range of issues including but not limited to martial or relationship issues stress and life transitions depression and anxiety blended family issues parent/child conflicts drug and alcohol issues addictions loss and grief workplace relationships stress elder care and children/youth/family counselling support. Offer workshops for funding companies and employees on various topics. Referrals to outside agencies as required for specific needs. Individual aftercare support for addiction recovery. Critical incident stress debfriefing for funding companies' work sites.
