The mandate of the newfoundland and labrador police and peace officers' memorial association inc. Is to build and maintain a lasting memorial to police and peace officers in newfoundland and labrador and to remember fallen officers through an annual service. Activities of the association include raising funds to construcy and maintain the memorial to conduct an annaul service at the memorial site and maintain a website the twenty-second annual memorial service was held september 29 2024. The association carried out repairs and maintenance on the memorial site during 2024. The association maintains a website at 'www.policeandpeaceofficers.ca'
