1) meal programs - provide home-cooked meals at a subsidized cost to the seniors. 2) education & culture - provide classes which deal with a variety of issues including health concernt hobbies and choirs for those who wish to attend. 3) outreach - provide other seniors in the community who are unable to participate at the centre a feeling of belonging and importance through visits newsletters and phone calls. 4) leadership & volunteering - develop programs which are run by the seniors for the benfit of the community.
