International Women of Saskatoon Iws Inc.

International women of saskatoon is a community based organization that works independently and in collaborative partnership with other service providing agencies to provide free programs and services to immigrants and refugees. Residing in the saskatoon area. In doing the work the organization receives financial support from the three levels of government and private donors. Each year the organization also rely on volunteers capacity a minimum of 50 active volunteers to support the efforts to provide uniquely designed settlement/integration & other enabling supports to the diverse client base. Programs include: adult learners in eal work readiness programs children & youth in summer engagement and leadership programs social & recreational programs for seniors computer literacy program for adults settlement for adults and community capacity building initiatives through cultural & educational events.
