Greyhound galgo podenco of atlantic canada is a non-profit volunteer based organization committed to the welfare of greyhounds podencos and galgos in our care serving nova scotia new brunswick prince edward island and newfoundland. We place these dogs in loving responsible committed homes following a comprehensive adoption process which includes taking considerable care in finding appropriate matches and educating prospective adopters about the responsibilities and costs of bringing a dog into their homes and lives. Ggpac prepares each dog for home life with all responsible medical care and treatment as well as on-going support to our adopters to ensure these dogs have a smooth transition to home life. We provide education to the general public and raise awareness about the availability and suitability of greyhounds podencos and galgos through our websites and community events.
