Clinical assessment – as ordered by the court under the youth criminal justice act. Durham youth gang strategy – one-to-one reintegration and intervention services to youth who have been identified while detention/ custody as gang involved or at high rick of gang involvement. Intensive support or supervision program – an intensive clinically-focused community based individual program designed to target specific needs and underlying mental health concerns. Violence prevention program – designed to change attitude regarding violence and bullying through interactive workshops to school age children collaborative day treatment program – provides a therapeutic environment for youth experiencing difficulty coping in a traditional educational system. Community support team – moderate to long-term mobile and multi -systemic therapeutic counselling support to youth in conflict with the law and their families. Enhanced youth outreach worker – supports high-rick high-needs youth (12-21) who may be experiencing challenges related to mental health addiction trauma relationship violence human / sex trafficking and/or involved in criminal activity. Youth justice family worker – support for families of youth (12-17) at risk/high-risk to support rehabilitation and situations of possible re-offending
