The purpose of the corporation are as follows: to promote health by providing medical equipment for the support of patients at the soroka medical center; to receive and maintain a fund or funds and to apply the principal and income therefrom from time to time to charitable organizations that are also registered charities under the income tax act (canada); to promote health by providing minor repairs and capital improvements to soroka medical center in israel; and to undertake activities ancillary and incidental to the above – mentioned charitable purposes.
