Our vision is one world where poverty is eliminated equality prevails and the rights of women and girls are fulfilled. To achieve this vision crossroads international works in partnership with local organizations in some of th poorest countries in africia leveraging skills expertise and resources to create jobs empower women and girls to become leaders and live free from violence. Through international volunteering crossroads international strengths the capacities of organizations to achieve their missions and in so doing strength whole communities and fosters solidarity internationally.
