Campbell-Stone United Church (christian Church/Disciples of Christ and the United Church of Canada)

We hold weekly peer-led services (in-person and virtual) with a pianist/vocalist. On a regular basis we have visiting ministers. We hold fellowship events and lend emotional and practical support to our community of faith when needs arise. We make it a priority to donate locally with a focus on housing food insecurity and mental health and we donate to congregant special interests like literacy music and animal welfare. We also support our parent churches (united church of canada and christian church in canada disciples of christ) mission and service funds. Our international giving through local and national partnerships includes the operation of a health and wellness centre in the dominican republic a children's home in jamaica and a women-led restaurant in angola. With another local church we have opportunity for church members to volunteer to support local families in need.
