Bccic carries out its mission by focusing on three keys area: member services public engagement and organizational development. Member services include providing networking opportunities facilitating exchange of information on development issues and services capacity building for members and promoting and sharing best practices in the sector. The public engagement includes supporting members' efforts to promote international development issues and increasing their profile and media. The organizational development component is to strengthen the members to be more effective in their work.
