Spiritual development through the practice of raja yoga meditation by the design and facilitation of free programs courses and workshops. Design coordination and facilitation of several day long programs including one specifically dedicated to peace in halifax nova scotia. Participation in the design coordination and facilitation of an on-line week long celebration of all faiths in nova scotia for the united nations interfaith harmony week.
