The purpose of birth to six parental support: a) promoting developing and fostering healthy parent-child relationships; b) promoting access to available family/child oriented community services; c) developing and administering educational programs promoting parenting and the health and welfare of children families and the community generally; d) promoting cross-culture activities aimed at benefitting children families and the community generally; e) developing and fostering community spirit; f) educating and training members to carry out the objects of the organization; g) and such complementary purposes not inconsistent with these.
