Glow (girls linking our worlds) - school based mentoring program for female identifying youth ages 12-14 that focuses on empowerment and leadership development to provide young people with information tools and support to make informed choices about healthy living while developing confidence in their own identity. Heart - (healthy education and relationship teaching - formerly go girls!) is the sister program to glow adapted for female identifying youth in grades 4-6. Game on- school based group program for male identifying youth in grades 4-8. Through traditional and non-traditional physical activities complemented with physical and mental health and well-being support participants are engaged in life skills communication and emotional health discussions designed to engage participants in the pursuit of life-long healthy lifestyles. Adventure canada connections (acc) - supports newcomer elementary youth in grades one to eight helping youth learn about canada while encouraging all participants to value multiculturalism and their unique identity among their peers. With the help of caring mentors newcomer youth have positive role models who support their journey of building new friendships and community connections. Allies - school based mentoring program for students ages 10-14 that focuses on community-building friendship mentorship and solidarity. Goals are to provide students with emotional informational and interpersonal support in a safer gender-affirming space for social inclusion while developing confidence in their own identity. Cultural mentorship program - aims to create & develop mentoring relationships with a focus on embracing caribbean and african culture. Offered to young people ages 12-18 who identify as being part of the black community. Participants engage in activities that reflect on cultural history carnival arts cultural icons micro ventures business methods and diaspora experiences. Homework club - pairs high school
