Big Brothers Big Sisters of Eastern Newfoundland Inc.

Big brothers big sisters has been delivering evidence based mentoring programs to children and youth for over 45 years. Programs are designed to achieve clear specific outcomes and are created and assessed within the knowledge of the world's leading research. All programs have one common thread - to provide young people with developmental relationships that help to build assets in them and create resiliency. Programming consists of both group-based and one-to-one structure. Group programs focus on post-secondary readiness youth empowerment through healthy active living. This past year 469 young people were matched with more than 200 volunteers.
