Pastors do all the work as a minister of the gospel which include preaching baptizing church planting appointing and ordaining elders and deacons intercessory prayer administering communion pastoral care spiritual counselling solemnizing the rites of matrimony in legal marriages and other ministerial activities at Bethany International Church of Calgary.
