Bc Confederation of Parent Advisory Councils

The bc confederation of parent advisory councils (bccpac) is a charitable non- profit organization that advocates for the best possible public education for all children in bc throught the active involvement of parents. Our membership includes parent advisory councils (pacs) and district parent advisory councils (dpacs) in bc. Bccpac provides current accurate and relevant resources to our members through our web-site and various publications regular newsletters and bulletins. Volunteer network provides support to parent leaders in pacs and dpacs around the province through training and outreach initiatives networking and our member services. Ongoing support includes parent advocacy (helping parents and students to be heard and to solve problems in a positive way) annual spring conference and fall dpac summit membership support information and referral services and a number of self-help resources for students and parents pacs and dpacs.
