Atlohsa Family Healing Services is a non-profit charitable organization dedicated to strengthening community through indigenous-led programs and services that offer holistic healing and wellness. Ongoing programs include: women’s support services (Zhaawanong 24-hour Emergency Women’s Shelter Transitional Support Okaadenige Anti-human Trafficking Program); men’s support services (Kiizhaay Anishiinabe Niin); youth programming (Mino Bimaadiziwin); holistic wellness programs (Indigenous Mental Wellness Biigajiiskaan: Pathways to Mental Wellness); housing support (Yakhiya’take’nhas Supportive Housing Wiigiwaaminaan Hub Program Street Outreach & Drop-in Centre Wiiji’iwewin Rent Supplement Program Release from Custody Support Mino Meals); restorative sustice (Zhawenjigewag Justice Program); and education and advocacy support (Giwetashkad: Indigenous Homelessness Strategy Giiwitaabiwag Cultural Safety Training).
