Assisted Living Southwestern Ontario

Provide adults with physical disabilities survivors of acquired brain injury and seniors with personal support and assistance with tasks of daily living through: outreach attendant services supportive housing and mobile assisted living - adult day programs - employment supports - social recreation and leisure. Other services include mobile outreach support program collaboration for people who are street involved and intensive hospital to home services for acl patients in hospital.
