Alberta Cultural Society of the Deaf

To promote cultural objectives of deaf albertans by giving deaf albertans an opportunity to express their ideas skills and talents; preserving and guiding and stimulating and advancing deaf albertans to strive for excellence in cultural areas; encouraging cultural interest and teach cultural programs; fostering deaf pride and encouraging the use and recognition of american sign language as a distinct language.
