Woolgoolga Sub Branch Of The Returned And Services League Of Australia (New South Wales Branch)

As in previous years, we provided ANZAC and Remembrance Day Commemoration for the Woolgoolga and District community; comradeship and mutual support for exService people in the District; referral of exService people in need of advocacy or welfare services; and support to young peoples' achievement through school prizes. We also continued to sponsor a community project to reinstate the original Woolgoolga Great War Memorial to a suitable site in the town and to modernise a more recently established Memorial to reflect Australian involvement in military campaigns and peacekeeping since 1946.
