Our key focus areas are to assist women to be healthier and more in control of their lives, particularly in the areas of: Gender Equity Prevention of violence against women Sexual & Reproductive Health Mental Health & Wellbeing Women in a Changing society. Gender equality and its transformative practices, policies and actions is the central element of our work and organisation, and underpins and drives all areas of action. Our work, together with each of the 10 local government authorities and partnerships across the Loddon Mallee region, such as bystander training, gender equity audits, local action plans, communities of practice and evaluation and planning capabilities, have been developed and provided in workplaces, community settings as we have worked towards preventing family violence and violence against women.
