Women's Shed at Ferny Grove Inc.

The WSFG is a community initiative to provide a supportive space where women can come together for company ,friendship, and to pursue hobbies, create, repair and upcycle with our woodworking tools. Our aim is to build connection, confidence and capability in women from all spheres of life, no matter what their skill level in a safe and inclusive environment. Thereby, giving them power over their own lives and a sense of achievement ,personal development and autonomy . It enables them to contribute to the wellbeing of their community through their efforts. We aim to foster a place where optimism, positivity, sisterhood and inclusion will reside. Our group is available to construct items for various charities and local schools if requested.
