Shows and Events Bonnie & Clyde (October 2023) Directed by Ash Farrough, B&C performed at the Doncaster Playhouse over an 8 show season to an audience of over 640 across the season. 84% of all tickets were sold. The show received 1 lyrebird nomination for sound. There was a cast & crew of over 40. The show was well received by the audience. Acharnians: A New Musical (February 2024) We hosted a workshop for a new musical created by Emmanouela Giannoulidou, Demetrius Kiriakdis & Erica Moffat. This was a very successful exercise for both the production team and Waterdale. 20th Birthday Celebration (April 2024) This year Waterdale turned 20 and we threw a party! Lead by Fiona Adams with the support of other committee members we invited Waterdalians new and old to perform at a one night only showcase. This was an great opportunity to reconnect with some founding members of waterdale and build upon our strong community. 9 to 5 (July 2024) Directed by Joshua Lowe, 9 to 5 was performed at Pascoe Vale Girls College over a 6 show season to an audience of 990 across the season. There was a cast & crew of over 50. The show was well received by the audience. As this was a new venue for Waterdale there were some teething problems however the team worked effectively to come up with creative solutions.
