St Helens Neighbourhood House Association Inc

We are one of 35 Neighbourhood Houses in the state, provide food vouchers and food parcels consisting of fresh fruit and vegetables to families in our community so as they may have nutritious meals. We provided counselling, support and other services for individuals., families and community groups. We operate a community garden, Mens Shed, Op Shop and Community Cars amongst other associated activities We provide free art, cookery, and educational classes to our community to address social isolation; prevent mental health illness and physical ill health. We provided essential support during COVID19 such as access to food parcels; food vouchers; social support; No Interest Loan Scheme application support. We have three vehicles to assist with transport, assisting people to attend appointments and social outings.
