Girl Guides Association Of Tasmania

Girl Guides offer girls aged 517 years a unique girlled experience in a safe, welcoming girlonly space where girls experience a great variety of activities aimed at helping girls to become a confident young women. Through a series of fun activities and opportunities, girls have the opportunity to discover new interests, develop their talents, and share the experience with a group of friends and give service to their communities. Guiding is girlled which allows girls to choose, plan, and undertake their activities and events via the Australian Guiding Program. Guides work together in small groups while assisted by qualified adult volunteer Leaders who encourage Guides to learn new skills and take on new challenges in a safe environment. Girl Guides offers adults opportunities too. From service to leadership qualifications, women of all ages have the opportunity to contribute to society, grow confidence and support the development of our youth.
