Friends of Tassie Too

The main objectives and purpose of the Friends of Tassie Too Association is to ensure the public display of the vessel and its association memorabilia and to publish and make available information explaining the significance of the vessel as part of the cultural heritage of Tasmania. During the reporting period, Friends of Tassie Too have continued to maintain the vessel Tassie Too to a high standard and ensured ongoing public access as well as access to associated Memorabilia in partnership with the Royal Yacht Club of Tasmania. The Tasmanian Wooden Boat Festival was held in February 2025 with Tassie Too presented as in inwater display and viewed by 1000's of visitors to the festival over the multiday event. Tassie Too continued to race regularly in club racing to provide members of the public the opportunity to sail in one of the states most historically significant vessels
