CAPHIA improves the public's health by educating the current and future workforce, partnering with valuesaligned organisations and advocating for health promoting and protecting initiatives. In the 20232024 period CAPHIA ran many online event on public health topics and continuingeducation, hosted virtual networking events for young professionals, ran an inperson student hackathon on preventing domestic violence and ran our annual in person Teaching and Learning Forum. CAPHIA also provided paid internship opportunities and professional development and connection opportunities directly, and through our local and global partners for students, academics and practitioners.
